How do I sign up for a Trial at 121 Fitness?

Fill out the contact form and follow the steps to book your first class. Our team will reach out before your session to walk you through everything you need to know and make sure you’re ready to get started.

How long does it take to see results?

Be patient. Results take time, but if you're consistent,

they absolutely will come. The exciting thing is that as a

beginner, results come fairly quickly. Even in 30 days, you

can really see a difference in your strength and overall

fitness.

What is the best part of doing classes at 121 Fitness?

Absolutely. The best par of joining a class is the built-in motivation and community, you're surrounded by people with similar goals, energy, and struggles, which keeps you accountable and pushes you to work harder than you would alone.

What sets you apart from other gyms in the area?

We are a community of people that share the same fitness journey as you. We are here to build each other up - If you win, we all win!

How often should I train?

As often as it fits into your life. Some people use this as their main source of exercise and other use this supplement sports / activities outside the gym both and great options. Getting started it might take you a while to figure out what works best for you, with a bit of trial and error you will find the perfect fit for you and your fitness level.

Is CrossFit Safe?

Yes, CrossFit training is very safe, and sitting on your couch is actully incredibly dangerous. Your trainer provide precise instructions and coaching to help people move safely and efficiently during their workouts.

What if I can't use the recommended weight or perform the programmed movements in the wod?

Use the weight that's manageable for you, replace movements you can't do with those you can talk to your coach about making each workout appropriate for your current fitness level.

What do I need to bring for my class?

You don't need anything special to get started, bring a towel and water bottle. If you don't have water we have water fountain available or you can purchase water from reception.

There are pigeonholes available to store your belongs during class and change rooms and showers facilities available if you are coming from or going to work

How fit do I need to be to join?

All of our classes a scalable to suit all fitness levels and our expert coaches will make sure that you get a great workout experience.

Is CrossFit for me?

Yes, Everyone can do CrossFit regardless of age, injuries and current fitness levels. The program can be modified for each person to help him or her safely become heathier and fitter. With multiple flexible membership options and classes 6 day a week we can accommodate everyone fittest needs.

What kind of exercises can I expect during a workout?

Our class programs include a mixture of Strength & Skill portions focusing on challenging you with a mixture of traditional, odd object strength and bodyweight Strength. Workouts will combine functional movements with traditional cardio modalities.

Do I have to stop eating my favorite foods to be healthy?

No! A healthy lifestyle has to be manageable and realistic for the long term. Do enjoy special indulgences and meals! The healthier you are, the healthier you tend to want to eat. You get hooked on feeling good, and junk food just isn’t worth it. By avoiding excessive amounts of refined carbohydrates and measuring your intake of protein, carbohydrates, and fat, you will see dramatic, measurable increases in health.

What about Nutrition?

To accomplish your goal faster, we recommend you eat a variety of healthy food in quantities the support fitness training but not body fat. By avoiding excessive amounts of refined carbohydrates, eating adequate amounts of quality protein and healthy fats, you will see a measurable increase in health and fitness.
