 About Active Life

 Active Life is a small-group fitness program tailored specifically for adults aged 55+.

 

We focus on

 

Improving strength and balance

Increasing mobility and flexibility

Supporting joint health

Building confidence in everyday movement

 

Our sessions are guided by experienced coaches who adapt every exercise to suit your ability—so you feel safe, supported, and successful.
