What to Expect

session.

Arrive early

Show up 10 minutes before class. Your coach will introduce themselves, walk you through the gym, and answer any questions before the warm-up.

Train at your pace

Every workout has a beginner version. Your coach will scale movements to where you are today — no expectation to lift heavy or move fast on day one.

Stick around

After class, we'll have a quick chat about how it went. No sales pitch, no pressure. If you want to keep training, we'll talk options. If not — thanks for stopping by.

What to Bring

Pack light.

You don't need anything fancy. Comfortable clothes you can move in, water, and a willingness to give it a go. We supply the rest.

We've got showers, changing rooms, lockers, and parking right outside. Coffee shop next door for the post-class debrief.

Athletic clothes Anything you can move and sweat in. T-shirt, shorts or leggings — no specific gear required.
Cross-training shoes Flat-soled shoes work best. Running shoes are fine too — we'll work with whatever you have.
Water bottle Refill stations on site. A bottle keeps you in the game without breaking flow.
Towel (optional) If you sweat hard, bring one. Otherwise we've got chalk, foam rollers, and all training gear.

Yes. One full class, no card required, no obligation to sign up afterward. We do this because the best way to know if a gym is right for you is to train there.
Not at all. Most people walking through the door for the first time haven't. Every workout is scaled to your level, and your coach will spot-check your form on every movement. The goal of session one is to leave feeling capable, not crushed.
That's exactly why most people start. Fitness is the result of training, not a prerequisite for it. Show up — we'll meet you where you are.
Absolutely — book them in for their own free trial through the same form. Most people prefer their first session with a wingman.
